All standard sessions are 50 minutes. For Medical Massage, an extended 90-minute option is available for clients who need more focused work on complex or multiple areas. Your therapist will help you determine the right session length during the intake process.

Where are you located, and is parking available?

We are located at 12004 Carmel Mountain Road, Studio 47, San Diego, CA 92128 — in the Carmel Mountain Ranch neighborhood, with easy freeway access from I-15. Free parking is available in the building's parking lot.

How much does a massage session cost?

Accepted Answer

Session pricing ranges from $90 to $125 depending on the service. Medical Massage and specialty services are at the higher end of the range. All pricing is listed on each individual service page and on the booking page so you always know the cost before you confirm.

Can massage help with my neck pain, back pain, or sciatica?

Accepted Answer

Yes — therapeutic and medical massage are highly effective for musculoskeletal pain including neck tension, lower back pain, and sciatica. Tight muscles around the sciatic nerve or in the cervical spine are a common driver of referred pain. Our sessions use targeted techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and myofascial release to address the root cause, not just the symptom. Many clients notice meaningful relief within 2 to 4 sessions.

What is the difference between relaxation massage and medical massage?

Relaxation massage (Swedish) uses flowing, moderate-pressure techniques to reduce stress, lower cortisol, and promote whole-body calm. Medical massage is outcome-focused — it targets a specific condition, injury, or pain pattern using clinical techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point work. If you are coming in with a diagnosed condition or referred pain, Medical Massage is typically the better starting point.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Before your session, you will complete a brief intake form covering your health history, areas of concern, and session goals. Your therapist will review this with you and tailor the entire 50-minute session accordingly. You will undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped at all times. After the session, we recommend hydrating well and giving your body a few hours to integrate the work before strenuous activity.

Is this the right place if I have never had a professional massage before?

Absolutely. First-time clients are welcome and common. Before your session begins, you will fill out a short intake form and have a brief conversation with your therapist about your comfort level, any areas to focus on or avoid, and how much pressure you prefer. Nothing about the session is one-size-fits-all — everything is adapted to you.
